Redesign Lstn sound

Problem?
Lstn sound sells very cool headphones. their over-ear headphones are partially made from wood for a rich sound. They also give hearing aids to people in need for every product they sell.
With its large images, spread out menu. spread out list page with multiple products which were basically the same and other usability problems it it time for a redesign.
Let's get to work!
Let's use the design thinking process. In which you first empathize with the users, then define who you are designing for and what problems do they have. Then we ideate and think of how we can sole the problem. we make a prototype if needed and then we test.
Emphatize.
Because this is a site redesign I did 4 interviews with people while I gave them a few tasks to do at the site. Like put a specific headphone in their basket, look up info about the headphone and to find what the company does for charity. Although my silly me sometimes pointed them at what to do...oef!!! ;)
And i talked to them about buying electronics and hifi. About their life and shopping habits and if they can be influenced by charity.
What I found was that they all were surprised by the big images. That it wasn't easy to get the right headphone. All of them were surprised that the company gave hearing aids with every product sold and wooden headphones are cool.

I also did some competitive analysis to see what the competition is doing.
Define.
After getting insight from the user interviews I could define the problems I can solve and make a user persona.
- The website needs to have smaller images and more images of people using the product.
- menu could be more enticing.
- Could be more clear that the company does more for charity.
- Blog listing isn't visually enticing.
- Some copywriting could be different.
- and some other visual problems.
- new checkout flow.
Based on the user research I made a user persona.
Ideate
I made a user flow to see what the experience is and what to design.
After this and some sketching I could begin wire framing what resulted in these wireframes:
Prototype
After the wire framing comes the UI design stage. I first made a style guide. I choose a brown because of the wood. A bit of a risky color, but It looks nice. After that it was designing the pages and make a prototype.

This is a working prototype you can scroll and click. (click everywhere on the canvas to see where you can click on the prototype.
Some pages.
